Bob Watts is a talented real estate finance professional with more than 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry. After working for a number of years in the technology industry, he decided to become a Loan Officer because he believed he could help enhance the borrower experience based on his own experience purchasing homes.

Watts specializes as a Relocation Loan Officer, assisting homebuyers with his expert knowledge through what can be a difficult transition as they move from state to state. Although Watts’ specialty is working with relocating homebuyers, he prides himself in helping all clients, whether purchasing or refinancing.  With Colonial’s ability to lend in all 50 states, he is well-versed in Colonial’s full suite of home loan products including conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, first-time homebuyer and more.

Watts’ professional career began after college, working for Hewlett Packard for 15 years. He then opened an Internet company, eventually selling his share and joining MCI/Verizon, where he served as the Director of Sales for Wireless Broadband.

Now as a valued member of Colonial’s Relocation Division, Watts is dedicated to helping his customers through every step of the home buying process.
