What is Mortgage Servicing?
Mortgage Servicing is the day-to-day management of your mortgage account. Your mortgage servicer collects your mortgage payments each month, sends you monthly statements and is who you contact should you have any questions about your current mortgage. If you have an escrow account with your loan, your servicer also collects property taxes and insurance, and ensures those dues are paid at the end of each year.


How do I register my account or contact Colonial’s Mortgage Servicing Division?
